Zack's Quilt

Yesterday I put my quilt layers together and realized that I haven't finished my emboirdery. I went ahead and pinned it together and will do the embroidery with it layered together removing pins as needed to get to area that I need to embroider. I want to put on one side: Now I've learned my ABC's" and the other "Next time, sing along with me." and a signature block for the back of the quilt with heirloom information. I went to Aunt Nell's yesterday and got a half yard of the orangZae to do the binding. I think it's going to be a good looking quilt if I do say so myself. I will take pictures and do a slide show for you when I am done. I just have to decide how I want to quilt it. I am thinking about all over stipling using a larger version. I could just quilt the blocks and be done but I think it will look good with more quilting in it. I might add Zack across the Z. i think Cherilyn wanted me to do that. Ok that's the report for yesterday. It was an almost perfect day. I enjoyed it.
